Semi Automatic Job Application Pipeline using Hermes Agent

Most modern HR systems are just dumb legacy today
Outsmart them by increasing your submission throughput by factor 100x. It's about quality submissions but if you have no fast throughput and send 10 applications per week. You are out. You are legacy. You are a dinosaur. Your application goes extinct. You aren't applying to humans anymore; yo're applying to rigid, outdated ATS parsers that don't care how good you actually are. They just run blunt keyword matching, either shortlisting you or throwing your application off a cliff. It's time to outsmart them. Enter Hermes Agentic application pipelines.

I've built an automated pipeline to beat the parsers at their own game. I's not open-source just yet, but it will be soon. If you're in a hurry and want to bypass the noise right now, let me know and I'll tailor a pipeline for your setup. I am not that far, that I can share the prompts and skills for general use.

Produce 300 or more job applications in a month with just an hour daily work

My newly developed semi-automated pipeline leverages a single Hermes AI agent to fundamentally shift the job application workflow. Feeding a job URL into the system prompts the agent to extract the necessary requirements, compile a custom LaTeX resume plus a signed cover letter, and handle the tedious task of filling out ATS HR forms over and over again with the same crap.

This approach completely bypasses the traditional bottleneck of a few high-quality manual applications per month. By automating the heavy lifting and relying on a human-in-the-loop solely for CAPTCHA verification to overcome bot walls.

The resulting efficiency yields a substantially higher rate of interview invitations and resulting number of interviews higher than your competing non-agentic peer group.
Organization is built-in: every application is neatly filed into a timestamped directory containing the URL, CV, and cover letter. With a processing time of ~6 minutes per application, the system operates completely asynchronously alongside other tasks. A polished version of the project is slated for future publication on GitLab.

I can assist you to build your very own tailored hermes application engine, just get in touch with me.
