My newly developed semi-automated
pipeline leverages a single Hermes AI agent
to fundamentally shift the job application workflow. Feeding a job
URL into the system prompts the agent to extract the necessary
requirements, compile a custom LaTeX resume plus a signed cover
letter, and handle the tedious task of filling out ATS HR forms
over and over again with the same crap.
This approach completely bypasses the traditional bottleneck of a
few high-quality manual applications per month. By automating the
heavy lifting and relying on a human-in-the-loop solely for
CAPTCHA verification to overcome bot walls.
The resulting efficiency yields a substantially higher rate of
interview invitations and resulting number of interviews higher
than your competing non-agentic peer group.
Organization is built-in: every application is neatly filed into a
timestamped directory containing the URL, CV, and cover letter.
With a processing time of ~6 minutes per application,
the system operates completely asynchronously alongside other
tasks. A polished version of the project is slated for future
publication on GitLab.
